This bootleg consists of two mythical concerts performed by The Beatles. 

The first one was performed at the Shea Stadium, New York, on 15 August 1965 (tracks 1-10). 
This performance was filmed for the television but the sound of the audio tapes suffered from technical imperfections and from the high-decibel screaming of the audience. Thus, in early 1966, the sound was corrected by overdubbings made in London and by some audio extracts from another concert which had been performed at The Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles, on 30 August 1965, two weeks after the Shea Stadium event.

The second concert was performed at Candlestick Park, San Francisco, on 29 August 1966 (tracks 11-21). This show was the last Beatles' performance on stage.
