The songs on this album were all recorded between 1984 and 1987 (some with Phil Ramone producing). Most of them remain unreleased to this day whilst others (most notably "Beautiful Night") were re-recorded. Only a handfull crept onto various CD-single B-sides more than 10 years later. Tracks 3, 6, 7, 8 & 16 are demos.
All tracks by Paul McCartney, except track 14 (Lennon/McCartney) and track 16 (McCartney/Stewart).
